Alexandra joined the Institute in January 2023. Alexandra previously provided contracted casework services for families in predominately low-income communities across Indiana. During this time, she recognized the systemic barriers they faced that often resulted in generational cycles of housing instability and economic inequities. Alexandra was eager to be a part of an organization that worked to disrupt these cycles and joined the Institute.
As Impact Officer, Alexandra tracks and analyzes trends and outcomes for the Family Assistance Program and the Economic Empowerment team.
Alexandra has a bachelor’s degree in English-ASL Interpretation and a master's in social work.
