Jenny Good

Deputy Director

Jenny joined the Inclusivity Institute in September 2020, having broad experience in advocacy and development work. Energized by a passion to engage in proactive solutions to long-standing inequitable systems, Jenny came to the Institute due to its bold mission and objectives.

As Deputy Director, Jenny collaborates with the Executive Director to advance the critical need for innovative and upstream solutions in addressing housing instability in marginalized communities. Jenny also leads the Residential Equity Team in developing and expanding innovative programs and partnerships related to housing insecurity. These initiatives focus on increasing stability and mobility opportunities for low-to-moderate income families, while decreasing segregation and displacement.

In her time with the Institute, Jenny has worked alongside the Executive Director to expand the Family Assistance Program, a preemptive approach to targeting our nation's eviction crisis and preventing the cycles of harm stemming from eviction filings. She has also piloted new models of assistance related to short-term housing vouchers for tenants navigating a transition in stability through the Limited Voucher Program.

Jenny works alongside all program directors to build out key reporting components, manage strategic priorities, and streamline internal and external communication.

Jenny grew up in the south Broad Ripple area. She now resides in Westfield with her husband, two sons, and three goldendoodles.
